Originally used by the Minister for his animals, “The Stables” was turned into a meeting place in the 1970s. It was well used by the organisations of the Church for nearly 30 years until it started to fall into a state of disrepair.
In 2000 the Newhills Millenium Project was born and fundraising started to rebuild the complex and bring it into the 21st century.
By 2005 the building work had been completed and was ready for use.
The Stables’ facilities include a conference room, lounge, kitchen and dining areas, shower and toilets, and a garden to the rear. Also available are a selection of games, e.g. air hockey and table tennis.
The complex is suitable for fun, sleepovers, meetings and small conferences.
If you would like further details, or would like to book the complex, please contact Neil Abel via the Church Office.
